Solutions for condominium ownerships and landlords of commercial premises
To establish a separate power supply equipped with a tariff metering from a power supplier is often a costly matter for a small tenant, both - initially (charge for setting up a supply point) as well as regularly (monthly fees for reserved power, system services, renewable resources, market operator). The price of a supplied energy is only a fraction of the invoiced amounts.
If there are several tenants under one supply point, the fees for the "powermeter" is shared among them.

Cost distribution of electricity consumption in the leased parts of the common premises of condominium or commercial premises, which is not based on consumption measurement, is always questionable, whether it is divided equally, by area, number of persons, or any other way.

The ideal solution is to install secondary meters. These can be either without remote reading or with remote reading.

We offer electricity meters for simple and economical installation on DIN rail: http://chint.cz/engdetail.php?id=58
